2. Data we process
When you submit a contact form, we may process your first and last name, email, phone number, selected service type and message. For Career Lab registration, we also process the selected date, payment method and answers about professional direction, fields, preferred industries, goals and strengths. We also process technical data needed to protect forms against misuse.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use data to handle enquiries, reserve a place, prepare and deliver Career Lab, operate the client account, record payment and communicate about the requested service. The legal bases are steps taken before entering a contract, performance of a contract and related legal obligations.
4. Retention
We retain enquiries only as long as needed to handle them and related communication. Participant data is retained while delivering the programme and operating the client account. Contract and payment data may be retained longer to meet accounting, tax and other legal duties.
5. Recipients and processors
We may use hosting, anti-spam and transactional email providers to operate the website and deliver forms. They receive only the data necessary for their service and are contractually required to protect it.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use essential technologies for secure form operation. Analytics tools load only when active on the website and accepted by the visitor. See Cookies for details.
