Our story 
Why we joined forces
The shortcut we never had.
We are Filip Brož and Petr Hušek. One of us spent more than 20 years in HR, headhunting and people development; the other spent more than 20 years in management, business and team leadership. We combined the perspective of a recruiter and a manager to show people not only what the job market expects from them, but above all what they can offer.
We founded Upwise to help a new generation understand themselves, discover what genuinely motivates them and name the skills and talent they can build on. We do not tell young people what to become. We help them understand their strengths, values and motivation so they can choose a direction that makes sense.
Moving into professional life does not have to be a long process of trial and error. We turn self-awareness into concrete steps: choosing the right role, presenting yourself confidently, managing an interview and navigating the first months at work.

Filip Brož
I have worked in HR, headhunting and people development for more than 20 years, including senior HR and HR Director roles in Czech and international environments. Today I connect experience from corporate HR, executive search and consulting.
Founder and trainer
Petr Hušek
I help candidates understand what is really being decided during a selection process and turn their experience into a compelling professional presentation.
At Upwise, I work with graduates, specialists, parents returning to work and experienced managers, always according to their goal, market and situation.
