What Career Lab is
From knowing what you can do to showing it to a company.
Career Lab is practical preparation for entering the world of work. We do not teach universal answers. We work with your situation, experience and goal. You leave with your own texts, materials and a plan for what to do next.
The full journey
Career Lab does not begin on the morning of the workshop or end at five.
Each step builds on the one before it. We gather the context in advance, create useful materials during the workshop and then put them to use in a real situation.

Describe the situation you are dealing with, what experience you already have, which materials you use and what is holding you back. Your answers are grouped into five areas so your mentor can focus the workshop where it matters most.

Define what you can do, what you enjoy, which talents you rely on and the kind of environment in which you work well. Without that, it is difficult to choose work that genuinely fits.
Output: your professional profile, work priorities and the areas you want to pursue. - 02
Self-presentation
Knowing your value is not enough. You also need to explain it clearly. Prepare your introduction and concrete examples for a job interview.
Output: a concise introduction and answers grounded in your own experience. - 03
Portfolio
Support your skills with something a company can assess: a CV, LinkedIn profile, portfolio or a concrete sample of your work.
Output: improved materials and a concrete plan for completing them.

The result is not workshop notes, but a real step into the world of work.
Your own lab for 6 months.
Your online client area contains assessment results, workshop notes, the materials you created and your next-step plan. You can return to them and continue improving them.

Before a specific interview, application or decision, use a short consultation focused on your current situation rather than general theory.
Interview at a real company
Take part in a real interview for a real position. Gain selection-process experience and specific feedback for your next interview.
What remains yours
Find every output in your own online lab.
For six months, it holds your assessment results, notes, work in progress and next-step plan. The exact materials depend on your goal: a first CV, LinkedIn profile, portfolio or preparation for an interview already in your calendar.
